Principal Architect & Founder
Started this whole thing back in 2008 after getting tired of cookie-cutter designs. Marcus has spent 20+ years figuring out how to make buildings that actually work for people - not just look good in magazines. When he's not sketching, he's probably hiking the North Shore trails.

Senior Sustainable Design Specialist
Sienna's the reason half our projects end up LEED certified without clients even asking for it. She's got this uncanny ability to make eco-friendly design actually affordable and beautiful. Been with us for 8 years and honestly can't imagine the studio without her insight.

Commercial Projects Lead
James handles all our commercial work and he's damn good at it. Former contractor who went back to architecture school, so he knows what's actually buildable vs. what just looks good on paper. Saved us from countless headaches over the past 6 years with his practical approach.

Interior Space Planner
Priya's got this magical talent for making spaces feel bigger than they actually are. She joined us 4 years ago and completely transformed how we approach interior layouts. Clients love her because she actually listens to how they live, not just what Pinterest tells them they want.

Project Manager & Client Relations
Daniel's the guy who keeps everything running on time and on budget. Former engineer who switched to the management side because he likes working with people more than spreadsheets (though he's great at both). He's your go-to person for project timelines and logistics.
